How Uba Made Soludo CBN Governor.
A guber aspirant of the All Progressives Congress, Senator Nnamdi Uba has revealed how he made Professor Chukwuma Soludo, Governor of Nigeria's apex bank, the Central Bank of Nigeria.
Uba said this in a social media chat with a select number of APC social media influencers at his Uga country home yesterday.
The meeting, which was geared at rubbing minds with these APC digital media men touched a number of topics ranging from the Senator's alleged roles in the sale of Ikenga Hotels, the violence that characterised Anambra, his relationship with former president, Olusegun Obasanjo and a number of other relevant matters.
One of these matters was on how he influenced the former president to appoint Professor Chukwuma Soludo as CBN Governor.
Uba revealed that whilst Atiku Abubakar preferred the likes of Kekere Ekun , Fola Adeola and Isa Yuguda and has nominated him, he and the current Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki touted Soludo's credentials that even when the former president raised objections owing to the fact that Soludo was an economist and not a banker, it was the arguments pushed by Uba who at that point in time cited the fact that in Germany the head of the regulatory bank then was an economist.
He also made a number of revelations as to the release of Nnamdi Kanu, Ralph Uwazurike etc.
