A senatorial aspirant from Benue Zone-A (Benue North-East) has today during press briefing call on the President Federal Republic of Nigeria - President Buhari for the immediate sack of the Inspector General of Police for calling the killings in Benue a communal clash and dealing with the security challenges with soft gloves which has led to the loss of so many police officers serving in Benue State and loss of life's and properties worth Billions of naira.

Just yesterday, the dreaded herdsmen attacked a community killing 7 police men and many villages with destruction of over 15 houses and farms lands.
This cover up is not only killing my people and destroying the community but destroying the peoples source of livelihood and  sending many innocent police men to their untimely graves.

Enough of this blood bath on BENUE soil.

Dr Torngee Malu calls on the Nigerian Senate and all relevant bodies and International community to come to the aid of the Benue people.
