Dr. Emman Ude Akpeh, the Governor, Rotary International District 9142 has this to say as a New Rotary Year begins:
"Good Morning, My dear People of ACTION.
The Journey begins;
My all, I pledge to give; No costs, No returns;
Service to Humanity, I must render;
Truth and Honor, My goals always;
To God be all the Glory that this day - 1 July 2017, came to be.
I welcome all of us to the new Rotary year.
The first year of the second century of our Rotary Foundation.
The year of the birth of Rotary International District 9142.
The year of Rotary: Making a Difference.
Let's TAKE ACTION and make every day of the ensuing Twelve months, a memorable one."
