To all slay queens let's go there..! Today we are called to join raise awareness against BREAST CANCER across the World - hence the no bra day Celebration.

8 out of 10 women with breast cancer CAN actually survive at least 5years if diagnosed early enough according to NHS. Let's show support to the awareness campaign today.

The idea of the NO BRA DAY is to raise more concerns and awareness to encourage women to regularly check their breast.

This campaign started way back in 2011 cashing in on the heavy presence of young girls on the social media to drive home this awareness.

In the united kingdom, breast cancer is the most common cancer affecting 50,000 Briton every year. I in 5 woman will suffer it at some point in life time.

It is a wake-up call to us all to help raise awareness. Women who can't go braless today, men inclusive are all advised to show support for this campaign today by wearing something purple on then today in solidarity for the campaign.

We can also show support by donating to the breast cancer care charity or by supporting and partnering with International Foundations/Organizations in support for the sensitization against the deadly cancer.

This years marks the 25 anniversary of the PURPLE RIBBON, now an international symbol of breast cancer awareness adopted by many International Charity Foundation across the world.

However, early and better diagnosis, improved treatments, more screening programmes and most importantly more public awareness are all factors that have led to steady improvements in the long term survival rates across the globe.
