Today the world marks international workers day also known as Labour Day or May Day in the celebration of labourers and the working class.
The CEO Prince Osisioma Foundation urged public and private establishment around the world especially in Nigeria to accord high priority to the general welfare and well-being of workers in their various work place and establishments.
Prince Onyeka Eze who made this statement to newsman in Abuja calls for an improved workers condition and decent wages for workers. Provisions of conducive working environment to enable workers demonstrate more zeal and patriotic commitment to duty.
Prince Onyeka while acknowledging the numerous contributions of Nigerian workers to Nation building urged the federal government to review some labour laws and policies to accommodate new emerging trends and to meet up with current realities on ground.
Workers must be motivated to give in their best for better output and productivity. There can never be any substitute for hard work and every little job no matter how little is very necessary and valuable to the society.
Together we all can build a better society through improved strategic approach to our work force.
Equal right for all workers!
