*DR. CHINEDU UMEADI FOUNDATION (DCUF) SECOND PHASE COORDINATED COVID-19 PREVENTIVE SUPPORT TO SCHOOLS & LEARNING FACILITIES IN ANAMBRA CENTRAL SENATORIAL ZONE*
Just as the chairman of the presidential task force on Covid-19, Boss Mustapha, at the task force daily briefing that the current phase of eased lockdown to enable students in Exit Classes write their Examination; guidelines have been issued to both private and public secondary schools prior to the reopening through the period of the West African Examination for students in Exit Classes.
*DR. CHINEDU UMEADI FOUNDATION (DCUF)* in it's collaborative initiative with the the Federal Ministry of Education, the Federal Ministry Of Health, Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 and the Abagana Welfare Union is desirous to ensure schools in Anambra Central Senatorial Zone are all safety ready to restore pre-pandemic capacities and institutionalized safe learning facilities for students, teachers, Education personnel and their families through out the examination period.
Monday August 10th, 2020 the visiting team DR. CHINEDU UMEADI FOUNDATION were at *GIRL'S SECONDARY SCHOOL ABAGANA* to help support the school ensure safe reopening of the learning facilities for the students and teachers ahead of the WAEC Examination.
The COVID-19 response in Nigeria remains fluid, Government definitely cannot do it all alone hence why DR. CHINEDU UMEADI through his Foundation has provided for these items to *GIRL'S SECONDARY SCHOOL ABAGANA:* as requested by the school management;

*. 1 Gasoline Brush Cutter Machine
The Principal *Mrs. Felicia Eboagu* thanked the Foundation team for it's quick and prompt response especially with the provision of the Gasoline Mower Machine. The principal highlighted the huge financial burden on the school management in securing the services of labourers to keeping the school surrounding healthy and conducive and noted with the Gasoline Mower Machine the school environment will take a new look.
Also, the Chairman Parent's Teachers Association (PTA) Girl's Secondary School Abagana *MR. SAINT CHIDEBELU OGBONNA* thanked *DR. CHINEDU UMEADI FOUNDATION* for their magnanimity as some of the items donated to the school were already a huge burden on the table for discussion on his table with the management.
Presenting these items; *MR. UCHENNA UMEADI* urged the Principal and teachers to ensure the students in Examination class are provided with adequate safety measures and conducive and convenient environment for the students.
*MR. UCHENNA* also enjoined the teachers to urge all under graduates under their care to follow the foundation on all it's social media handles and be part of various academic opportunities and Empowerment especially the ongoing Essay Competition being organized by the Foundation.
Addressing the school management; *CHIEF SIR. REMIGIUS IKEM ONWUADI (President General Abagana Welfare Union)* also in the foundation delegation team admonish the management to do everything in it's powers to ensure the students come out in flying colours and as good Ambassadors of the community. He also promised the school management that the Abagana Welfare Union under his watch will give all necessary support to the school.
*Miss Amaka Ekpunobi* the Senior Prefect thanked the Chairman *DR. CHINEDU UMEADI FOUNDATION* for his Midas touch and grassroot outreach to Schools despite busy professional diasporan engagement. She promised the students will always remember the foundation in their routine prayers and promised to encourage the students to follow the foundation pages for updates and opportunities going forward.
